This ARP 290-7201 Pontiac Pro Series Rocker Arm Stud Kit is for Pontiac (1964 & Later). They have a 7/16"-20 top thread, and a 1/2"-13 base thread. Made from Black-Oxide coated 8740 Chromoly Steel and nominally rated at 190,000 PSI. 2.000" overall stud height. Sold as a set of 16.
