This Comp Cams CL51-225-4 Pontiac Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits 265-455 engines from 1955-1981. Comp designed this cam for high performance street/strip use, and it features a rough idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, headers, lower rear end gears and a 2500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
