DEI 10129 Titanium Exhaust Wrap 2 in. Wide x 15 Foot Roll

DEI constructed this 10129 Titanium Exhaust Wrap from pulverized lava rock, stranded into fibers then woven into a proprietary weave. Engineered to be stronger than most wraps, it is more durable for improved thermal performance and reliability. This makes it perfect for any automotive as well as motorcycle application!

This exhaust wrap withstands 1800°F of direct heat as well as 2500°F of intermittent heat. This reduces underhood temperatures, promoting increased flow for improved performance. Because it is extremely pliable, pre-wetting the roll is not necessary to produce a tight, secure wrap.

It features a hi-tech carbon fiber look, high resistance to abrasions, oil spills, temperatures as well as vibration breakdown.

Notes: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter. This wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled.

DEI does NOT recommend wrapping exhausts made of titanium. This can hold in excessive heat, and make the titanium alloy turn brittle as well as prone to premature cracking.
