This Comp Cams 11-238-3 BBC XE262H High Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features strong torque and excellent response. This cam is also good for heavy towing in a 454 with 4.10 gear. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 1700+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
