This Comp Cams 01-426-8 BBC Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 454-502 Gen VI Big Block Chevy from 1996-1999. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it works well with nitrous or blower applications. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, all upgraded parts, and a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
