This Comp Cams 11-254-4 BBC XE294H Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for pro-street/bracket racing, and it features strong low-end torque and a smooth idle. A 10.5:1 or higher compression ratio, headers, gears, and a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
