This Comp Cams 12-223-4 SBC Magnum Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good power and a choppy idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, headers, low gears and a 2400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
