This Comp Cams 12-231-2 SBC X4250H Xtreme 4x4 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features very strong torque with excellent mileage and a smooth idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 1200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
