This Comp Cams 12-515-5 SBC Drag Race Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good low-end torque and a rough idle. A 11.0:1 or higher compression ratio, lower rear end gears and a 4100+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
