This Comp Cams 31-230-3 SBF XE250H Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 221-302 Small Block Ford from 1963-1995. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features very strong torque and excellent mileage with a smooth idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 1200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
